Terms of Service
The agreement between you and IndiePlay for use of the platform.
This document describes how the platform currently works and has not been reviewed by counsel. It is published so the terms are visible rather than missing. It will be replaced before these terms are relied upon.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the projects, footage, scripts and other material you upload or generate. You grant IndiePlay the licence needed to host, process and display that material in order to operate the service.
3. AI generation
Generated output is produced by third-party models. You are responsible for confirming that your use of generated material complies with the rights of any source material you supply and with applicable law. Material derived from third-party mapping imagery is marked previz and is excluded from final frames.
4. Payments and credits
Subscriptions, credit purchases and rentals are billed through our payment processor. Credits pay for compute and are consumed when generation runs. Refunds are handled case by case and may reclaim unspent credits.
5. Revenue sharing
Where a project earns revenue on the platform, it is divided according to the published economic model in force at the time the revenue is recognised. Payouts require a verified payout account.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
7. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndiePlay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
