What we collect
Account details (email, display name), content you create or upload, usage and billing records, and technical data such as IP address and browser information needed to operate and secure the service.
Why we collect it
To provide the service, process payments, run generation on your behalf, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Processors
We share the minimum necessary data with providers who run parts of the service: payments, AI model providers, email delivery, and mapping/imagery services. They act on our instructions.
Retention
Operational records are pruned on a schedule. Financial records are retained for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Contact us to make a request.
Security
Access is authenticated and scoped; administrative actions are audited. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected issues to us promptly.
