This document describes how the platform currently works and has not been reviewed by counsel. It is published so the terms are visible rather than missing. It will be replaced before these terms are relied upon.
You can lose everything
Independent film is a high-risk asset class. Most projects do not return capital. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
No guaranteed return
Revenue participation entitles you to a share of what a project actually earns on this platform. Many projects earn little or nothing. Past performance of other projects tells you nothing about a given project.
Illiquidity
There is no secondary market. You should assume you cannot sell or transfer your position, and that capital is committed for the life of the project.
Finality — investments are not refundable
Once your payment is taken, your investment is final. There is no cancellation window and no refund path. The key terms, including this one, are shown and acknowledged before every investment. If you believe a payment was made in error or without your authorization, contact support.

Escrow and milestones
Funds raised are held and released against project milestones. A release pays out only what has actually been collected for that project.
